1. What documents you need to become a library member?

To get a library card you need to show your valid passport of Ukrainian citizen or a valid passport document (for foreigners and persons without citizenship), and certificate of education (student card, certificate of post-graduate), academic degree, for pensioners - pension certificate.

2. Who can join the library?

All adults regardless of social status, wealth, race, nationality, sex, education, foreigners and stateless persons who are in Ukraine on legal grounds.

3. How much does a library card cost?

Permanent library card paid according to the price list. Recording is carried out in automatic mode, which provides the issuance of a plastic card with a photo. The library card is valid for one year from the date of issue. The library card can be issued in the main building at the library:

4. Library Business Hours:

Monday through Thursday - from 9.00 to 20.00;

Saturday and Sunday - from 10.00 to 18.00.

Day off - Friday.

Last Thursday of the month - sanitary day.

5. Can I use my own laptop in the Library?

Yes, but you must register at the reception and notify the librarian at the entrance. Internet connection via WI-FI is free.

It is possible within the Library to connect to the Internet via WI-FI?

There is free wireless zone in the lobby of the library, the main reading room of the library, and the Window on America Center room with digital resources.

6. Who will help to a remote user?
